Unverified tea: My coworker's mom knows someone who works in ABC's legal department. Apparently Dylan's manager is his mother, and she's super overbearing. She also "directs" him in terms of the actions he takes on the show and what his screen persona is. Dylan on-camera is super different from Dylan irl, he's actually "extremely boring".
