My sister regularly uses 'ScratchinProfessional', an inside joke with her inner circle.
A DotA friend I had long ago went just by 'Leo' with as many numbers as it took to make it hers. She was crazy about her star sign and astrology.
I've always been uncomfortable with a user's gender being visually obvious in their username. There are so many bots that use conventions like these to try and prey on people by being "obviously female".
