Oh I've seen this guy before. What a collection, if only we could all be so dedicated.

I somehow knew it was Bryan Ropar before I clicked.

    My candidate is Marblympics.

Marblympics is so great because the commentator isn't even the guy who sets up all the stuff. He's just a fan of the channel. If only we could all have somebody who supported us and our hobbies that much.

The other candidate I have is Andrew Camarata. I actually subscribe to him, but since his uploads are exceedingly dense (all of them upwards of 30min long) I can't possibly catch them all.

He's just a handyman/property maintenance guy in upstate NY. So like his videos are like "installing electrical line to forested lot" or "fixing several small engines" or "fixing my truck after a breakdown" but they all satisfy of my escapist manual labor fantasies.

You and @Loopcanal have to swap subscribers - I know he follows/watches videos of a similar vein (possibly more boat repair stuff too) that might scratch that itch too.

Does Rocky Byun fall into this category?
I feel like his art is wholesome in an Avant garde kind of way.

Cody's Lab. Steve1988MREinfo. Jan Hakon Erichsen is one of my favorites though. I guess finding absurd ways to destroy dry spaghetti could be a hobby. Or just really weird asmr. I don't even know what this guy is, I just like him.
