My desk is all of ten feet from the LOA-ADA team, and a sizable portion of their day (about a third today, if my math is right) is answering phone calls and having to spell the word "accommodation" to associates that can't find the forms in the directory.
To make matters worse, today, each of the three ladies on the team have misspelled it at least once.
YIKES, I mean I personally misspell stuff constantly but at that point I'd just freaking sticky-note the word to my monitor 😬
Related - I was searching for what LOA meant and all I could find were references to the Haitian voodoo god, whose blood I seem to recall us swearing an oath upon in our most recent campaign. Somehow I don't think those women have made a similar pact 🤔

DevOps: We'd like to have an outage to do updates during work hours.
Us: Uhh, why, like, do you need to do it then, during work hours? Why can't you do after hours?
DevOps: Oh no, we're doing all systems at that time. We don't have to.
Us: ... Please don't do a planned outage during work hours?
DevOps: Ok, we'll plan for another time.
Pffff, I wish our DevOps team was that nice. The last time we asked them not to plan an outage during the business day, they told us to suck an egg.
